Increase your flexibility with problem solving   ---   Re-connect to your sense of play   --- Have permission to try on new roles and behaviors with no real life consequences   --- Embrace and explore ambiguity   ---   Increase your confidence   ---   Improve your listening skills and increase empathy    ----   Practice solutions to real life problems    ---   Increase your sense of trust in others   ---   “Roll” with whatever life throws your way

This three hour workshop will introduce participants to improvisation techniques through the lens of personal growth. Using theater games, sharing, discussion, and experiential exercises, we will foster a supportive and creative environment to explore together. Shy people and non-actors welcome! This is about process not performance.  This afternoon will be fun and inspiring.
