In individual therapy we can work together to help you make changes in your life where you have been stuck. I am an open, non-judgmental listener. My goal in each session is that you will feel seen and heard and if you don't get that you are encouraged to tell me. I work in a very active "in the moment" way so you will get something from each session. I will help you make new connections.
