What is Person-Centered Creative Time?
It is an experiential, person-centered expressive arts practice open to everyone. If you're a therapist, helper, coach, or healer, you can bring the skills you learn directly into your work with clients. If you're an artist, this will enrich and support your practice. And if you're simply a curious human — you are absolutely welcome here. You'll discover how to weave creative expression into your everyday life, because anyone can use creative practices to heal. I am trained in the Person-Centered Expressive Arts approach developed by Natalie Rogers, which emphasizes the creative connection and the transformative power of self-expression. Important Note: This is person-centered expressive arts, not art therapy. I'll explain the distinction — and why it matters — during our time together. This is an open group; come one time or every week.
