Conversations about race trap participants in a fundamental dilemma: stay quiet to avoid misstepping, and allow systemic silence to persist—or engage reactively to protect your own intentions, and derail the focus on actual structural harm.

The move from elementary to middle school brings significant changes—new social expectations, increased academic demands, and growing independence. Our program supports families through this transition with simultaneous Youth and Parent groups.

I work with Lyra, an employee assistance plan; this service is covered by your employer
I will provide you with a receipt for the services rendered if you choose to seek reimbursement for services through your insurance policy. This is typically called a super bill.
Fees for services are customary with other therapists in San Francisco, CA.
Payment is due at the time of each appointment. I accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Credit card payments can be made here on this page and/or through my online portal.
