Welcome! Take a breath and stay a while. Are you looking to build positive daily habits that support your well-being? You may already know that practicing self-compassion can help, but perhaps you’re struggling to take action. It’s hard to find that compassion when you feel like you’ve "failed" at your goals, especially during big transitions and overwhelm. Life can feel like an uphill battle. Daily grief over societal issues, the U.S. election, and systemic violence—can tip the scales of your mental health. You may have had self-care practices that helped before, but they've fallen to the wayside. Studies show that even 12 minutes a day of self-care (community care) can improve well-being. Science aside, it’s simply true. To start, we need ways to reconnect and be compassionate with ourselves. Ready to get started?

Things that we can do during your coaching time: make a playlist to help you find joy in movement, start a mindfulness practice, and get you on the path to start journaling every other day. We can be in touch about how this is going via text. Coaching can help you feel more motivated and less ashamed. You can increase your inner peace knowing these practices are for life. You’ll feel an authentic sense of self and find a more profound understanding of peace. Coaching is different than therapy in many ways (please check this blog out if you have questions) https://www.bridgetbertrand.com/blog/2025/9/6/coaching-or-therapy

What to Expect

These ideas are suggestions for the focus we can have each week. I aim to meet you right where you are for as many sessions as you would like; one, eight, or seventy eight! In general this program looks like: weeks 1-2: Mindfulness and Getting to Know You. We’ll explore where you are in this moment and use mindfulness techniques to support you. We will meet for a full hour on zoom or a video platform. Week 3: Expressive Arts Journaling Art journaling is an amazingly deep practice that can help you systematically process stress and trauma and offer deep healing. Weeks 4-5: Movement as Medicine. Connect with your body and mind through nourishing practices.

What Others Say About Working With Me: “I love the work you’re doing; it’s so important. I see many people with the issues you address, and your work is a true resource.”

I highly recommend Bridget Bertrand, an exceptionally engaging coach and expressive arts coach. Her personalized approach guided me through meaningful self-discovery during a time of significant change.”

Yes, healing is challenging. In our society, we’re often taught a white supremacist, capitalistic approach to healing. It’s in the air we breathe, so seeking a different path isn’t easy. But in the Transformation Collective, we’re choosing a new way forward. You will see when you sign up, I have many connections and opportunities for you to connect with other healers as you need. You are on your own unique journey, I am not pretending or pushing a particular path on you. I welcome direct feedback at all times. Imagine celebrating 12 minutes a day spent daydreaming or moving to a playlist. Then, when you’re ready, you return to your life/work/relationships with more calm. Let’s celebrate the small wins and build on them.

My Instagram highlights have tons of quick practices. Check them out on the home page of this site. Week 7: Dance, move, create playlists, and deeper integration. Week 8: Celebrate and Plan for the next steps.

By the end of eight weeks, I trust you will be able to make this shift and celebrate the small successes. We can discus the price of each session in your free intro call or text: 650-539-4325

In general the price will be comparable to therapy and I love this guide to help you find the right price for you.

We will start in January of 2026, but don’t delay reaching out, I will only work with 3 coaching clients at a time.

✅  This is for you if you are open to making time in your day for new activities. You have had some therapy, and you need something different. You are curious about meditation, art, and movement.

❌ This is not for you if...You are unwilling to try any mindfulness practice. You have unprocessed trauma/complex trauma and no therapy experience. If you are unwilling to shift some priorities. Folks under 18 would be best for my therapy practice.

I am so welcoming of your questions, your curiosity, and your time.

I hope to meet you soon.
