Welcome! Take a breath and stay a while.

Have you had a creative practice and let it go? Do you have a practice and want company to keep you moving along? This just might be the group for you. Personally, I have struggled throughout my life to build positive daily habits or practice self-compassion. This place will help you shift that "stuck in the mud" feeling. Life's challenges—transitions, overwhelm, societal stress—can derail even established self-care routines. Research shows just 12 minutes daily of self-care can improve well-being. Let's reconnect with compassion for ourselves. Sign up today; your first session is free.

In this group, you will find time to create these nourishing habits.

You are welcome, no matter what experience you have with creativity.

I have been holding this space on Tuesdays at 12pm PST for many months. It is a sweet, small group, and it will be kept to five people so you have time to share every other week or so.

It is one hour, and you will typically get about 30 minutes to create in your space (while on Zoom). During our creative-cultivation time, you can: create a playlist for joyful movement, start a mindfulness practice, and more.

Creativity and cultivating habits help you feel more motivated and less ashamed while building lifelong practices.

You will develop more inner peace, authentic self-awareness, and deeper understanding. You will also feel frustrated, maybe stuck still, and perhaps even angry—who knows! Note: Creativity Cultivation differs from therapy in key ways (see blog for details). https://www.bridgetbertrand.com/blog/2025/9/6/coaching-or-therapy I am not in my therapist role in this space, and this is an open-ended group. We hold your confidentiality, but if you are seeking one-on-one support, reach out before the group and I can see if there is another offering I have that might be a fit.

Another participant shared: "I did not know I needed this," and from a recent workshop: "You have healed my inner kindergartener."

My Approach:

I meet you where you are—no one-size-fits-all path. I reject white supremacist, capitalistic models of "white" wellness; we will explore how dominant culture shows up. Direct feedback always welcome. Celebrate 12 daily minutes of daydreaming or movement, then return to life with more calm. Please read this page on this site for more about me: https://www.bridgetbertrand.com/home
