StarVista Crisis Center offers both an all ages 24/7/365 crisis hotline at for residents of San Mateo County (call +1 (650) 579-0350) and a Teen Crisis Hotline from 4:30–9:30pm PST (call +1 (650) 747-6463).
NOTE: StarVista also offers support for clients who may not otherwise be able to access mental health services.
San Mateo County Community Services is a central list of government assistance, support for children, teens & families, emergency contacts, and reporting of abuse or violence.
Communities Overcoming Relationship Abuse (CORA) provides 24/7/365 safety, emergency housing and legal support, and healing for individuals who have or are experiencing abuse in an intimate relationship. | call +1 (800) 300-1080

Calm.com and Insight Timer are two popular meditation apps/timers that can be supportive in cultivating a mindfulness practice.

Financial Support for accessing mental health services

Axis Mundi Center for Mental Health offers services on a sliding scale with locations in Oakland, Alameda, San Francisco, Berkeley, Concord, and Napa.
