Middle School Support Program

The move from elementary to middle school brings significant changes—new social expectations, increased academic demands, and growing independence. Our program supports families through this transition with simultaneous Youth and Parent groups.

Youth Creative Group: A supportive space for soon-to-be middle schoolers to connect with peers through creative activities, games, and collaborative projects. Participants build social confidence, explore emotions, practice problem-solving skills, and strengthen self-advocacy. We welcome neurodivergent youth, including those with autism, ADHD, PDA, 2e, and highly sensitive children.

Parent Support Group: While youth meet, caregivers gather in a breakout room for facilitated discussion on adolescent development, executive functioning, parenting tools, school transitions, and strengthening family connection during the tween years.
